Yawar Ali Shah failed to report promptly to the Bar Standards Board that he had been convicted on 2 July 2013 of a relevant criminal offence as defined in Part 10 of the Code of Conduct, such failure being contrary to paragraph 905(b)(iii) of the Code of Conduct.
